A ten-year project: trailer premiere in 2013 (Ritz Theatre), a screening at the Alliance Française of Minneapolis-St Paul in 2014, then the finished film presented in person on August 15, 2023 at the Beltrami County History Center (Bemidji, MN). Final version launched in Minneapolis on July 15, 2023, completed October 23, 2023.
Transantarctica Expedition
The film traces its origin to this historic crossing of Antarctica, alongside Will Steger and Jean-Louis Étienne — it was this expedition that led to the encounter behind the documentary.
